🛒 Orders
1. How do I place an order?
Simply:
Add the item of your choice to the basket.
Click on ‘Order’.
Fill in your delivery details.
Choose your payment method.
Confirm your order.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you immediately after validation.
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible using our contact form or by e-mail: hello@31degres.be

3. What are the delivery times?
Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg & France: 2 to 5 working days.
Europe 4 to 7 working days.
International 7 to 15 working days.
We have a very fast delivery service thanks to our various partners (GLS, PostNL, Bpost, Mondial Relais).
Generally, when the product is in stock, we dispatch it within 24/48 hours. If the product is being restocked or is available from our partners/suppliers, the delivery time is a little longer and can take between 7 and 15 working days.
4. What are the delivery charges?
Delivery free in Belgium
Otherwise, charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link so you can see the delivery status in real time.

7. Is payment secure?
Yes, absolutely. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.Your bank details are never stored. We work with the world-renowned payment provider Mollie.

8. Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
9. How do I return a product?
Contact us at hello@31degres.be by mentioning your order number.
We will send you instructions.
Once the item has been received and checked, the refund will be made within 5 to 10 working days.
10. Do I have to pay for the cost of return?
Yes, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

12. Are the products authentic and delivered in their original packaging?
Absolutely, all the watches we sell are 100% authentic and come directly from certified professional suppliers.
Yes, all our watches are sold brand new with their original box and relevant documents, such as user manual and certificate of authenticity.
