The watch warranty covers :

• Movement

The watch warranty does not cover :

• The battery and its lifetime.
• Waterproof problems
• Damage to the glass, bracelet, dial, hands or push-button.
• Normal wear and tear and ageing (scratches, alteration of the colour and/or material of the bracelets: leather, textile, rubber, metal, chains).
• Damage caused by the intervention of a third party other than a watchmaker.
• Damage resulting from an external cause to the product (accident, shock, immersion, etc.).
• Damage caused by negligence resulting from incorrect or abusive use, lack of care, accidents (knocks, scratches, dents, crushing, glass breakage, ....), failure to follow the instructions for use.

If you qualify, you will receive instructions on how to return the faulty product.

After receipt of the product, an exchange order or repair order will not be issued. Shipping charges may apply.
