Packages sent nationally (Belgium) generally arrive at their destination in less than 48 hours (working days).

Delivery times are generally 24 to 72 working hours in Belgium and 3 to 6 working days for French and Dutch customers. For other customers based in the European Union, the delivery time is 3 to 7 working days.

After each order, you receive a tracking number to follow your parcel.

For ‘available on order’ items, a restocking time is necessary. These items are available from our partners/suppliers.

Delivery times are therefore longer than for products in stock.

Delivery times for "available on order" items vary from 7 to 15 working days.

You will also be reminded of this in the order confirmation e-mail we send you. 

You will receive a tracking number for the parcel once it has been dispatched to the address you have given.
